C-12-102 - Radon Entry & Meas in Tropical Climates & Karst (CERTI-312 / NRPP 110)
This continuing education course deals with pressure driven entry of radon due to environmental factors found in structures constructed on karst or limestone formations as well as the effects of very tight buildings within tropical regions.
Description
This audio and video course provides you with an insight into the factors to be considered for the measurement of radon in tropical climates and areas in which karst formations may be prevalent.
There is approximately 12 hours of coursework, including audio, video, publications, and quizzes that are taken as you progress through the course (not timed and may be taken unlimited times). There is no time limit for taking the course, and even after completion you continue to have access to the course in order to refer back to resources. Yuan said: This course is high quality and very valuable in practical experience, especially for persons depending on AC for daily life in tropic climates. My suggestion is to provide some data about the rate of incidence of lung cancer in Guam in the past year compared to other region of the world. This is to see how much the radon or RDP risk impact the health of the local residentsYuan Yao
